Arrival
Reservations start on time and early access is not permitted. If reservation guests are 15+ minutes late or no-show, the reservation is forfeited and the full amount is owed.

Cancellations / Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days in advance in order for payments to be transferable. A $25 per hour rescheduling fee is required if the date needs to be changed day-of. To reschedule, use the reschedule button at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email, or contact skullymediaco@gmail.com to set up a new date and time. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks or more prior to the appointment to receive a full refund (minus the Square booking fee). Email skullymediaco@gmail.com to request a refund.

Departure
Reservations must end on time. A $10 fee will be charged for every 5 minutes past the scheduled end time.

Studio Rules
No smoking, incense, smoke bombs, or open flames are allowed on the property. Furniture may be moved with care but must be returned to its original placement. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for spills, food, glitter, stains on furniture or rugs, or broken items. In the event of an emergency, including accident, fire, health crisis, or criminal activity, appropriate action will be taken, including calling 911 if necessary. The use of illegal drugs or alcohol on-site is prohibited. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests and agrees to cover replacement or repair costs. Guests must clean up after themselves or will be charged a $75 cleaning fee. Animals are not permitted unless they are registered support animals. Guests must respect other tenants in the building. Renters are responsible for their own liability insurance and media release forms. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Permitted uses include photoshoots, video shoots, meetings, podcasts, art openings, and performances. Special events must be coordinated separately. Any work created in the studio may be used by Skully Studio for promotional purposes, including social media and website features.

Liability & Conduct
Skully Media LLC, Skully Studio, and all studio personnel are not liable for any injury, or for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Skully Media LLC is not responsible for the actions or business practices of photographers or renters using the space. All users are expected to operate ethically and professionally. Skully Media LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its discretion.
