Back when Youngstown was running on steel, places like this were part of the system—spaces that supported real work, day in and day out. Over the years, it’s housed all kinds of businesses and creatives. Just people doing their jobs.

That hasn’t really changed.

We turned it into a studio, but we kept the same mindset.
